When John Gibson among many others first proposed his bid for the  long awaited  full width back extension to our double fronted Victorian house I was convinced that he above all others could complete the job to our satisfaction. And I was not disappointed.  He was attentive to our needs throughout the potentially disruptive process of building our dream extension across the back of our house in the cold winter of 2016.  John himself is a larger than life character and he is genuinely concerned that his customers should be happy throughout the entire operation. He knows that such work can  lead to a high level of stress and disruption, but with his Jamaican charm, enthusiasm  and well deserved trust in the skill of his workers, he manages to keep the disruption and stress to a minimum. This fact was as true at the beginning of the build as at the end, when no problem was too big or too small to warrant his full attention. The customer is lucky that John has  the most courteous and hard working team of skilled workers, who arrive punctually and work consistently well and without complaint despite difficult conditions. I believe that the proof of a good developer is the attention paid to detail at the end of a job, and John can not be faulted in this: any negative remark on the standard of the work is taken seriously and nothing is too much trouble. I can wholeheartedly recommend John Gibson and his team of workers for any job, big or small - their ultimate aim is total customer satisfaction.
